First: General Terms
• Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.
Conditions:
Shipping:
• If the error is from the store → the store will cover shipping costs.
• If the exchange/return is requested by the customer → the customer bears shipping costs.
Exchange Policy:
• Customers are entitled to one exchange shipment covered by the store only (in cases where the store is responsible for shipping costs).
• Once an exchange has been completed, the customer is no longer entitled to request a return or refund for the same order or exchanged product.
• The exchanged product is considered a final sale item and is not eligible for cash refund.
Second: Return Policy by Product Category

• Non-returnable and non-exchangeable after opening the box.
• Exchange is only allowed in the following cases:

• Non-returnable after opening or use.

• Non-returnable after opening or use.
• Exchange is allowed only in case of manufacturing defects or damage upon delivery.
4) Accessories
(Bone Pen – Needle Pen – Notebook – Mug)
• Eligible for return or exchange within 7 days.
• Not accepted if there are signs of use or damage.
5) Medical Tools
(Pen Light – Plastic Hammer – Tuning Fork – Ruler – Tape Measure)
• Eligible for return or exchange within 3 days.
• Not accepted if used or if internal packaging has been removed.
Third: MedFlex Medical Apparel Policy
Medical Scrubs
• Eligible for return or exchange within 3 days.
Conditions:
Lab Coat
• Eligible for return or exchange within 3 days.
Not accepted if:
Surgical Cap (Medical Surgical Head Cover)
• Non-returnable and non-exchangeable
(Personal hygiene product).
Additional Pens & Brooches
• Exchangeable within 3 days only.
• Product must be unused.
Fourth: Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases
• Discounted products or promotional items (unless defective).
• Opened personal or hygiene-related products.
• Damage caused by misuse.
• Requests submitted after the allowed return/exchange period.
